The WBX Nurses Stool has been working very hard in hospitals and dental surgeries here in the UK and throughout the world for years. The stool uses our patented torso arm [Us Patent 6663183 B1]  with full 360 degree rotation and  incremental locking. This allows the medical professional to use the arm as a full support to the left or right arm and in addition  can be used as a back rest.

This stool gives accurate and total support throughout the day for those medical tasks.

The solid die cast polished alloy base and footring give a solid platform for stability whilst moving around the surgery. Unfortunately there have been copies of our Torso Arm that have found their way into the market place. At a quick glance they might look the same but the reality is that the stool is merely a visual copy…..

After only a few months the “fake” torso arms breaks resulting in the arm spinning freely and unable to lock. The end result is that the stool is no longer fit for purpose. and has to be thrown out.

What our “copiers” didn’t realise that the WBX torso arm is more than skin deep….. we have intricate patented working parts in the ratchet mechanism that make it unique and  guarantees  that our torso arm ratchet will stand the test of time.
